BillieBars Tailgate ships domestically for free! International rates vary. Questions about shipping cost, shoot us a message!
Where can I track my package?

For our custom tailgate line, we cannot accept returns due to the one off nature. If some reason there is a fitment issue, reach out to us and we'll help get it resolved!

How long does it take to install?
Minutes. The install varies by model but we can promise - this will be one of the easiest aftermarket installs you ever do! The only exception would be the 22+ Tundra and 24+ Tundra, if you want cup holders, you'll need to trim the factory panel (no cup holder option available as well for these models)

Is hardware included?
Yes! If it's needed. For some models, we use the existing hardware (example: Gen 2 and Gen 3 Tacoma)

Is it durable?
Yes! The top layer marine grade flooring - the same stuff you'd see on a center console boat. That being said, if you drop or drag something heavy AND sharp, you may leave a mark, not unlike your factory tailgate now. The melting point is 180 degrees - so if you're planning on cooking on it, we'd recommend putting a cooking matte down, to protect the tailgate.

What is the warranty?
BillieBars Tailgate carries a one year warranty. But we're BillieBars - if you have an issue shoot us a note at support@billiebars.com and we'll do our best to help you!

Can I use the BillieBars Tailgate on different truck models?
Unfortunately, no. Everything is measured and cut to fit perfectly - so it can't be used across different models or trucks.

Can I get it without cup holders?
The short answer is no (unless it's the 22+ Tundra, 24+ Tacoma, or Universal Tailgate - for Chevy's). For every other model, we do offer caps upon request (for $30).
