Return Policy & Missing Parts

Please inspect your order within 15 days of delivery. We are unable to replace missing hardware or components beyond this window.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. To help us maintain quality and fair pricing, the following conditions apply:

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or damage in transit.
• Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may incur an additional 10% fee, or be ineligible for return.
• Please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed, upon delivery back to BillieBars

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item that has been installed, test-fitted, modified, or scratched.
• Powder-coated products showing any finish wear.
• Custom or made-to-order components.

International Orders

We do accept international returns, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Rates vary by region.
