• What is the warranty?

  Our bed racks carry a LifeTime Warranty. If you have a warranty issue, shoot us a note at support@billiebars.com with some information and pictures and we'll get it resolved ASAP!

• How long does it take to install?

  If you don't have a tonneau cover, installing a bed rack from BillieBars will take less than 30 minutes. Depending on the tonneau cover, it may be a little more involved as some covers have to be trimmed to allow our brackets to fit. You can always shoot us an email at support@billiebars.com with any questions you may have!

• What is the weight rating for BillieBars?

  Our 5" and 8" are rated to 400 lbs dynamic (driving/underway), and 800 lbs static (sitting still). For our bed racks for covers with t slots, we defer to the cover manufacturer's suggested loads.

• Do you sell tonneau covers?

  Yes! They're currently listed under bed racks in the main navigation. Email us @ support@billiebars.com with any questions!

• How do BillieBars ship?

  In one box! Our bed racks come in a custom BillieBars box, via ground shipping! If you have any special requests for expedited shipping, reach out to support@billiebars.com!

• Will my BillieBars work across truck models?

  In most cases, no. But some components will be transferable - and if you're an existing customer, we'll sell you a partial kit!

• Why do you have two different style bed racks?

  We started with our flagship 5" and 8" BillieBars which are compatible with trifold tonneau covers, roll up covers, and some retractable covers. You also don't need a tonneau cover with this bed rack. From there, we noticed a lot of people were asking for a bed rack that would work with a retractable covers with t slots - example the Retrax XR tonneau cover. This cover has a t slot that runs the length of the bed rail, acting as a mounting point for our brackets. We developed this bed racks in 4 different heights - 6", 11" , 17, and 24".
